Ivar Johansson lived between 1903-1979 and is one of Sweden's foremost wrestlers of all time. He is best known for his two gold medals at the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and the gold medal at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin.
Ivar Johansson lived in Norrköping where he worked as a policeman and was a well-known face. He always had a hand strengthener in his pocket when he was out on patrol to be able to train his pinchers even stronger.
