The poster shows a drawing of a gazebo by Anders Tottie P:son in 1801. This small, temple-like gazebo was intended to stand “in the middle of the garden” in the Nederland 3 neighborhood at Högbergsgatan 3, Stockholm. The building was commissioned by the bookbinder Richter, who wanted to create a charming and elegant place for recreation in his garden.

What may be interesting to note is that this gazebo was commissioned by a private individual, making it an example of the kind of private architectural projects that were common during this period. Tottie P:son, who was a respected architect, contributed an elegant and functional design that can still be seen as a legacy of the architectural ideals of the time.
