The story behind the motif
Poster with a unique photograph of Stockholm in the 1950s. It is a rainy day in central Stockholm and the effective photo is taken of two police constables whose legs and reflection form the main subject.
The picture published in the newspaper See No. 36 in 1954 in a picture report about the rain. The caption reads: "Rain, rain, rain... water mirror on the street there, tell me who is the most beautiful in the police force? The mirror answers; Yes, it's you on the right, you who got fig leaves! (A piece of trash or a leaf can be seen lying in the pool of water just where Adam's leaf also usually sits)" .
