The story behind the motif

Poster with a vintage photograph that shows a scene from the Solvalla racetrack in Stockholm, the finish line for the Nordic Women's Rally in 1960.

The rally started at the Foresta Hotel on Lidingö, and the picture captures two Volkswagen Beetles driving into the muddy finish line. Both the cars are battling on the slippery track and an official with a flag in the foreground.

The picture was taken in Sweden in 1960.
