The story behind the motif

The Nordic Ladies Rally was a competition for female drivers held in the Nordic region, and was part of the development of motorsport in the 1960s.
The rally brought together female drivers from several Nordic countries and consisted of challenging drives on varying road surfaces and in difficult weather conditions. The competition was an important step in increasing women's participation in motorsport and creating a platform for female drivers to showcase their skills.
