The Car Adventure Was Brief
Gustaf L. M. Ericsson’s car venture was far shorter-lived than the photograph suggests. The company built only a handful of cars in 1907, including models under the names GEA and Gurik, before going bankrupt. The man at the wheel was therefore at the centre of a Swedish car project that acquired several model names but had a very short life.
